I have white carpet and a dog who loves to rub herself all over it. Didn't want to pay professional cleaners every month or so. This vac does the job quickly and easily (after you read the directions!) Well designed and fast drying. Very glad I didn't get one with a smaller tank than the one gallon. Recommended

This item does not come with the advertised Steamvac Mega Carpet Care Kit. It is listed erroneously on Amazon, according to the seller. This seems like shady business practice to me, and I will not be buying anything else from this seller. You can get this much cheaper elsewhere. I'd suggest Googling it and finding someplace with a better price.

This is a professional strength cleaner that is easy to use and gives great results on carpeted floors as well as upholstery. Drying time is super fast because it doesn't leave behind too much water and the brush action gets everything perfectly clean. With two toddlers, I use this all the time and just love it.

I ordered this shampooer earlier this month. So far I have shampooed 4 bedrooms, hallways, living room, dining room. Wow. It has done an incredible job and is so easy to use. I read numerous reviews before I decided to give this one a shot. A few people complained about the need to empty the tank often. Having used other machines in the past, I found this machine to be very reasonable. In fact, it is sucking up the majority of the water deposited which means faster drying time. That's a h......



Having two elderly dogs can make carpet maintenance a challenge. After years of renting bulky "commercial" style cleaners, I decided to buy this Hoover. It works better than I could've imagined. It's easy to use once you learn how, and it cleans impressively. The vigorous agitation makes quick work of stains and the suction power is amazing - an impressive fraction of the water is reclaimed. The Hoover cleaning solution works quite well compared to others I've used. Highly recommended.





This is a great carpet cleaner. I cleaned carpets as a youngster and was very surprised at how easy it cleaned. Also pulls around 60% of the water out. My carpets were dry in 6 to 8 hours. If I had of known how easy it was I would have purchased one years ago. Attachments work great for cleaning steps and upolstery. Easy assembly. No problems with leaking or spot cleaning valve as others write about. (follow directions)

I was about to rip out all my dingy carpeting and install tile but after using this Hoover SteamVac on all my floors they look so new and clean I'm going to keep the carpeting! This unit really works! I copied a formula for home-made carpet shampoo off the internet and it works wonders.
