This product does exactly what it was intended to do. It sucks up dust, dirt, and minor debris; and it does it well. This is one powerful hand vac. It really does a good job of picking up about anything you find on the floor, and it lasts a satisfying long time on a single charge. I highly recommend it for this reason.

Our vacuum stopped working one day, and my wife was upset about it. I dismantled and found it was a belt. Ordered it from Amazon Marketplace for just 4 bucks. Got 2 bands and now I have a spare as well. The vendor delivered it on time and the part was accurate.

My friend gave me her old vacuum because she said she couldn't get belts for it anymore. I did a little research and had to cross reference information from other vendors to find that the part number is different but they still make the belt (38528-027 = 38528-040). I was blessed that on Amazon I could get a 2 pack (again, a different part number 40201190) for such a great price. Belts work perfectly and vendor provided excellent service!!!

We got this as a light-weight vac to leave at our vacation home to use between visits from our cleaner. The first impressions of the vacuum was very good but the brushing mechanism is cheaply made and did not last long. If you only use it for floors that are NOT carpeted you will be satisfied.

I did quite a bit of research for a new vacuum before choosing this model. While it is a little heavy, it does a great job at cleaning the floor. Being self-propelled is plus, so you don't really notice the weight until carrying it upstairs. Everything else on it is very good.

I researched vacuums for several months and read both positive and negative reviews. My other vacuum is a Hoover but is old and has weak suction so I thought I could trust the Hoover brand. And, since a popular consumer review source highly recommended this vacuum I decided to buy it.

This vacuum is all that they said it was. It does an incredible job getting the dirt off the carpet. I like the red and green lights that tells you when an area is clean or still has more dirt. As far a longevity, that will be seen in the future.

I was especially pleased at how fast it got here. It was within two days using standard shipping.
